Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that unexpected schedule changes can happen. To ensure that I can accommodate all clients, please review my cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will no longer be welcome back
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
